About Idela

Built by practitioners.
Not consultants.

Idela was founded to give UK organisations access to certification expertise that is genuinely independent, technically credible, and focused on getting you certified — not on selling you services you do not need.

Our position

Certification should mean something.

Too many organisations hold certifications that were rushed through to meet a tender deadline, with gaps papered over rather than addressed. The certificate gets issued. The gaps remain. The next incident happens anyway.

Idela takes a different position. We will not open a formal assessment until we are confident you will pass — not because we want to delay you, but because a failed submission costs you more time than a proper readiness check ever would.

"Securing Tomorrow, Today." means we build on foundations that will still hold when your contracts, your supply chain, and your cyber risk profile all change — because they will.
01
Independence above everything
Idela certifies. We do not sell implementation, consulting, or remediation services to organisations we also certify. No conflict of interest. Assessments are made against the IASME standard — nothing else.
02
Readiness before assessment
Every engagement starts with a readiness check. Gaps are identified and addressed before formal submission. We only open assessments we expect you to pass.
03
Transparency as standard
Pricing is published. Process is explained. There are no hidden fees, no scope creep, and no surprises after you have committed. What you see is what you get.
04
Enterprise rigour, SME service
The technical depth comes from decades of enterprise security work. The service is designed for SMEs who do not have an in-house security team to navigate this for them.

10+ years in senior PM, governance, and compliance roles across regulated industries where control frameworks and documented evidence requirements are part of daily operations.
